Delivery Days
Weekdays: Orders placed online before 1:00 pm Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) can typically be delivered the same day. While we endeavor to accommodate customer preferences, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Sunday and Public Holidays: Regrettably, we do not offer delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays (except Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day). Orders placed on these days will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.

Urgent Delivery Requests
For urgent deliveries on the same business day, please contact us at Bouquet Melbourne on 1300 79 18 81 during business hours of 9.00am to 3.00pm.

Additional charges may apply for urgent deliveries during these times.

Special Delivery Instructions
While we make every effort to accommodate specific delivery times, please understand that special requests may not always be feasible. Factors such as driver availability may impact our ability to fulfill certain requests, and additional fees may apply.

To ensure suitable arrangements for funeral services, we kindly ask customers to contact us in advance or discuss important details with us when placing their order. This helps us ensure that conditions are appropriate for the occasion.

Delivery to Hospitals
When delivering to a hospital, we kindly request the department, floor, and room number in addition to the street address. While we strive to deliver flowers directly to the recipient, they may need to be left at a reception desk if necessary. Please note that once the flowers are left at the reception desk, Bouquet Melbourne assumes no responsibility for their handling thereafter.

Product Substitution
We may substitute items depending on availability. Rest assured, we will strive to provide the best alternatives of equal or greater value.

Flower Quality
All orders are subject to flower substitutions. While we make every effort to fulfill orders to the best of our ability, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

Complaints
Please notify us of any complaints within 36 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

Returns and Refunds
We aim to deliver fresh and beautiful flowers to our customers. If you encounter any issues, please notify us within three days of delivery.

Typically, your flowers should stay fresh for 4 to 7 days with proper care. Here are five essential steps to help extend their lifespan:

  1. Trim the stems at an angle, ideally under running water, as soon as you receive the flowers.
  2. Ensure the vase is clean and filled with fresh water.
  3. Regularly monitor water levels and replace it entirely every two days.
  4. Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight.
  5. Shield them from drafts and air-conditioning.

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the delivery date will incur a fee. Cancellations made earlier are subject to an administration fee.

    Incorrect Delivery Address
    We request accurate information to avoid delivery issues. Bouquet Melbourne is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

    Recipient Absence
    We recommend that customers arrange for someone to be available to receive deliveries whenever possible. If no one is available, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe location such as by the front door. Deliveries to large apartment complexes may require leaving the flowers within the reception area. In cases where no suitable location is available for delivery, redelivery can be arranged for an additional fee. For deliveries to business premises, we advise customers to notify us so that we can ensure delivery occurs within standard business hours, typically between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

    Currency
    All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
